Group coaching sessions are available both online and in person. Typically, group coaching sessions are a mix of individuals working on various goals including weight loss, stress reduction, making more money and more. The one thing they all have in common? They’re trying to meet a goal they’ve set for themselves.
We meet in a group setting to take advantage of the energy and inspiration that comes from a group of people inspired to improve their lives, led by a seasoned professional. Dan uses many of the tools he would in one-on-one sessions, and often members of the group benefit as much from the coaching he does with others in the group as when the attention is focused on them.
Many people find the group coaching process “less on the spot” than one-on-one coaching, thus giving them more time to reflect and integrate the insights they take from the group. The group is led by a strong coaching framework that allows all members to take away key insights and learnings on whatever goal they set.
