Just a few weeks ago it was Blue Monday, the most depressed day of 2016. Surprised it’s so early in the year? Think about it. Its a Monday- just a few weeks after a nice long holiday break. Its also typically cold and in many parts of the country, the weather is awful. It’s also the day that many people break their new year’s resolutions.
